Arturo Prat Carvajal (de civil). Del brazo de dos cdtes. Peruanos, con motivo de las visitas de buques de esa nacionalidad a Valpso., junto a oficiales chilenos. Niños: 2 nietos de Carmela, Arturo y Jorge Prat Echaurren”. La ocasión para este retrato de conjunto se dio con motivo de la visita a Valparaíso de la escuadra peruana conformada por los cruceros “Almirante Grau” y “Coronel Bolognesi” y cuatro submarinos, en 1930. Éste fue un gesto de amistad con motivo del Tratado de Límites suscrito en 1929. La viuda de Arturo Prat, nacida en 1851, fallecería el 16 de agosto de 1931.
