Imagen captada por un integrante de la dotación del Buque Escuela Esmeralda durante el 13° Crucero de Instrucción de este buque, que visitó el puerto de Haifa entre el 14 y el 18 de mayo. Entre las actividades de esta recalada se halló el traslado de una delegación de oficiales, guardiamarinas y personal a Jerusalén para presenciar esta ceremonia.
